Cancellation Policy
At our Colchester Afro/Caribbean/ European hair salon, appointments for beauty treatments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if at least 48 hours' notice is given before your scheduled time. For hair care services, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, any online deposit paid is non-refundable.
